Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC (US) in Atlanta seeks a seasoned BI Developer to own North America BI work, from semantic models to KPI logic. You'll collaborate with Data Engineering and set standards across the BI team, delivering robust Power BI dashboards and scalable data solutions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BI development, expert Power BI skills, and strong SQL with data warehouses. Remote/hybrid scheduling is in line with office days and collaboration requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
• Expert-level Power BI experience.

What You'll Do:

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for someone with strong technical depth who can also understand the business questions behind the numbers. This person should be comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions, and communicating with both technical teams and business leaders.

Work Schedule

On-site Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday (company-paid parking). Regular in-office presence is essential for effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship-building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60-minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on-site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
