Job summary

Tria Federal is seeking a Senior BI Data Engineer to support enterprise data architecture and analytics across federal programs. You will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, data models, and BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other tools.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Snowflake/Teradata, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with onsite Windsor Mill, Maryland, and remote options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
10+ years of related experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics.
Experience with large-scale databases and BI tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance data solutions for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Work with large databases and data platforms to retrieve, transform, integrate, and analyze data.
Build and support dashboards and reports using Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.
Use Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality, performance, and maintainability of BI solutions.
