Job summary

Innosoft is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Architect in Columbia, SC, onsite. The role focuses on developing and supporting public-facing dashboards, performing data analysis to provide data-driven insights, and creating documentation to maintain dashboards.

The candidate will work with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot, and participate in SDLC methodologies. 11/16/2026 tentative start date; 12-month contract; USA Eastern Time hours; travel for onsite work may

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/Math/Engineering.
Experience with Tableau development, dashboard creation, deployment and ongoing support.
Experience developing, configuring and supporting CRM systems and related business processes.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data using Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
Develop and support database solutions using MSSQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, and similar environments.
Support Tableau environments and maintain public-facing dashboards.
Develop and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
Participate in the SDLC using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
Develop data-focused strategies and insights to support management initiatives and improve decision-making.
