Job summary

Innosoft Corp. is seeking a BI & Data Analytics Architect in Columbia, SC to develop public-facing dashboards, perform data analysis, and support CRM platforms.

The role requires expertise with Tableau and data management, and collaboration across SDLC methodologies. The ideal candidate will analyze diverse datasets, design database solutions, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders while working onsite in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data using Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
• Develop and support database solutions using MSSQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, and similar database environments.
• Support Tableau environments and maintain associated public-facing dashboards.
• Develop and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
• Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
• Develop data-focused strategies and insights that support management initiatives, improve decision-making, and promote operational efficiency.

Project Overview

The SouthCarolina Department of Administration is the central administrative agency forstate government and serves citizens and agency partners by providing secure,cost-effective, and responsive support services. This role focuses ondeveloping and supporting public-facing dashboards, performing data analysis toprovide data-driven insights to various stakeholders, developing and supportingCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and creating detaileddocumentation to support the ongoing use, maintenance, and future modificationof dashboards.
