Job summary

Magna Legal Services, a nationwide legal support partner, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to advance analytics across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions and deliver reporting that informs decision-making.

You'll own dashboards and reporting in Sigma, promote data governance, and work with Snowflake to improve data quality and analytics infrastructure. Strong SQL, communication, and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, IS, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, reporting, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with Sigma or similar BI tools.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into data solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Sigma.
• Use SQL to query, transform, and analyze data from Snowflake and other sources.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish best practices for reporting, data governance, and data quality.
• Scale BI assets and automate reporting processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with data/tech teams on data modeling and warehouse improvements in Snowflake.
• Evaluate analytics tools and capabilities to improve BI effectiveness.
