Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support the expansion of value-based programs. You will work with providers to advance success on the Service Fund team and report to the Associate Director, Business Intelligence.

You will develop, implement and value new programs, and maintain current programs, using SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Excel among other analytical tools. This remote role involves occasional travel to Humana offices and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data analysis OR Master's with 3+ years.
• 2+ years' advanced experience developing complex SQL queries
• 1+ years' experience in Healthcare related data (Provider, Insurance, etc.)
• Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting)
• Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets in large organizations
• Experience communicating to senior and executive leadership

Responsabilités

• Utilizes complex SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other tools to drive process improvement and manage value-based relationships
• Produces monthly activity reports and interprets data impact for programs
• Assists in reporting and ad hoc requests using Excel and Azure Synapse Analytics
• Provides support for payments to value-based specialists
• Aids in evaluating new value-based program opportunities
