Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with relevant data analytics experience
• 2+ years' advanced experience developing complex SQL queries
• 1+ years' experience in Healthcare related data (provider, insurance, etc.)
• Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Advanced experience handling large, complex data sets in large organizations
• Experience communicating with senior/executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Uses SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics and other tools to drive process improvement and manage value-based relationships
• Produces reports and ad hoc analyses to explain data reconciliation and program impact
• Supports payments to value-based specialists and evaluates new program opportunities
