Job summary

Quantum Sky in Aurora, CO seeks a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst (FM/EDW) to bridge DHA stakeholders and engineering teams. You will analyze requirements, document data flows, and support testing across FRDM, ORDM, PRDM, CAP/DME reporting areas.

The role requires five+ years of BA experience, RTM/SRS proficiency, and DoD cybersecurity certification within 3 months. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for DHA access.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (see below).
• Minimum five years of business analysis experience on large enterprise IT systems.
• Proven ability to write System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Maintain RTMs.
• DoD 8140.03 / DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Interface with DHA stakeholders to elicit business needs and translate into functional requirements.
• Create and maintain SRS and RTMs for DHA ECS applications and interfaces.
• Coordinate reviews with COR, CWG and CMB for governance and approvals.
• Lead testing coordination with QA/ALM and support UAT execution.
• Validate reporting outputs and enable user training across reporting repositories.
