Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join our enterprise cybersecurity team supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) EOSS contract. You will lead ISCM operations, monitor the DHA ECS environment, and drive risk reduction across Oracle, EDW, PRISM, MTR/PAT, and MedCOI AWS GovCloud.

You will administer security tooling (Splunk, ACAS/Nessus, HBSS/ESS, Burp Suite), coordinate CMRS metrics, respond to cyber directives, and lead incident handling per CJCSM

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship is required for the DHA program.
Mandatory DoD 8140 Baseline Certification (IAT Level II) at hire.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Assurance/Cybersecurity/CS or 15 years of equivalent experience.
Experience with RMF ATO processes, ISCM, and DoD cyber directives.

Responsibilities

Lead ISCM operations and monitor DHA ECS posture per NIST SP 800-137 and RMF.
Administer security toolset (Splunk, ACAS/Nessus, HBSS/ESS, Burp Suite) and maintain logs.
Perform incident handling per CJCSM 6510.01B and coordinate with DHA GSC/ISSM/ISSO.
Track vulnerabilities in eMASS and coordinate remediation with engineering teams.
Prepare and deliver After-Action Reports and RMF/audits evidence.
