Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, commercial operations, sales operations, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in a people-leadership role; healthcare/MedTech experience preferred.
• Strong data storytelling with executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BI roadmap aligned with commercial priorities.
• Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for leadership.
• Present findings and influence decisions with executive presence.
• Identify novel data sources and analytics to reveal opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights with owners, priorities and measures.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT.
• Build scalable dashboards and data products with self-service analytics.
• Monitor competitive signals and translate into commercial actions.
• Mentor a high-performing analytics team and foster curiosity.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and cost-efficient BI processes.
