Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to own the analytics stack for the AIM28 program, delivering trusted insights to executives and program leaders. You will design end-to-end data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting in a finance-centric environment.

As the sole analytics builder within AIM28 Finance, you will partner with Big Bet teams and McKesson Technology to codify KPI definitions, automate reporting, and drive self-service analytics across the US

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain program-level and Big Bet dashboards tracking KPIs, benefits, investments, milestones, and value realization.
• Develop executive-facing reports for leadership meetings; translate data into actionable insights.
• Automate recurring benefit and program reporting; replace manual workflows with automated data flows.
• Implement automation across reporting workflows, including AI-driven narratives and summaries to surface insights.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large, multi-source datasets.
• Ingest and integrate data from various sources into harmonized datasets and models.
• Document business logic, data lineage, and metric definitions for transparency.
• Partner with finance to codify KPI definitions and benefit methodologies into governed data models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on KPI movements and program performance; provide root cause insights.
• Respond to ad hoc analytical questions; triangulate data sources to validate findings.
• Enable governed self-service analytics for stakeholders; reduce ad hoc requests.
• Prioritize reporting and automation backlog based on business impact; keep stakeholders informed.
• Set standards for analytics practices and coach junior analysts.
