Amazon is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager III to lead Global Customer Fulfillment analytics. You will own the strategy and execution of data solutions, transition legacy systems to a data lakehouse, and deliver scalable, agent-first analytics for a major finance organization.

You will build a high-performing team, partner with engineering and Finance leadership, and drive rapid, data-driven decision-making across a large user base.

Competenze

• 5+ years of data warehouse architectures, data modeling, ETL/ELT and reporting tools.
• 3+ years of delivering results managing a BI/analytics team, incl. people development.
• Experience translating business needs to data.
• Experience leading BI strategy.
• Experience with statistical/machine learning software.

Mansioni

• Lead the 3-Year Data Modernization strategy (data lakehouse and agent-first designs).
• Own end-to-end data delivery experience for Finance customers across 2,400+ users globally.
• Champion analytics capabilities, embed automation and intelligent agents in data workflows.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team and foster innovation.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with engineering, product, and Finance leadership.
• Navigate inter-dependencies between tools and platforms across teams.
• Drive adoption and improve dashboards, metrics decks, and KPIs with Finance customers.
• Develop migration plans for legacy data platforms with minimal disruption.
• Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies into the modernization roadmap.
• Establish scalable platform capabilities and self-service tooling for analysts.
