Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a data analytics leader who will guide business through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to support informed decision-making. You will design and develop reporting structures for standardized cross-functional reports, delivering customer-centric data solutions to leaders and finance.

Success means delivering actionable insights and clear data visualizations to diverse audiences, improving customer experience and enabling strategic initiatives through analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics or similar degree.
• 4-7 years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion).
• 4-7 years of experience in reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI).
• 4-7 years of experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research.

Responsibilities

• Support analytic needs by integrating data from multiple sources to inform business strategies.
• Create comprehensive dashboards combining diverse data sets for senior management presentations.
• Lead insight generation from data to develop strategies enhancing customer experience and business performance.
• Engage early in enterprise projects to define and incorporate reporting requirements into system design.
• Analyze sales, call center, partner, and financial performance to support operational decision-making.
• Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
