Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to provide specialized BI support, end-to-end reporting, and visualization solutions for key business initiatives. This role requires expert knowledge of BI platforms, data sources, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership.

You will develop dashboards and reporting packages, validate data quality, and collaborate with business partners to deliver value-added insights and ad-hoc data extracts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science).
• 3+ years of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted.
• Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produces specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses, focusing on objectives and insights for product design, customer engagement, account management and decision making.
• Generates impactful interactive visualizations or tools using various methodologies.
• Leads the implementation of initiatives in support of business strategy.
• Conducts analysis to provide enhanced BI for leadership teams.
• Develops reporting packages and dashboards using data infrastructure, DataMarts and external sources; creates visual stories.
