Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Analyst (BI & Analytics) in San Bruno, CA for a 6+ month contract.

The role focuses on leading analytics for advertising, merchandising, and eCommerce, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering. The candidate should have 5+ years of quantitative analysis, strong SQL/Hive skills, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, plus Python or R for statistical analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quantitative or statistical analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in analytical field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance).
• Experience with data manipulation utilizing Hive and/or SQL data visualization like Tableau, and statistical analysis, either R or Python.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Must be able to work effectively both on teams as well as be self-motivated, task oriented and organized.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, reporting, and inventory, pricing, and yield analyses with cross-functional teams in Sales and Operations.
• Drive analyses to improve technical and quantitative understanding of advertising and merchandising across Walmart digital properties.
• Aggregate Web, Ads, and eCommerce analytics from raw data logs and communicate summaries to leadership in near real-time.
• Perform A/B testing and measure effectiveness of recommendations to identify opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, product marketing, and engineering on optimization opportunities.
• Provide insights to increase growth and drive advertiser and user engagement to influence business decisions.
