Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in BI, analytics, revenue operations, or related field.
• Hands-on SQL and Power BI proficiency.
• 3+ years of people management while remaining hands-on.
• Experience turning data into commercial insights to influence revenue.
• Background in B2B SaaS environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent executive communication for senior stakeholders.
• Desirable: pipeline/product adoption analysis, segmentation, ETL concepts.

We're partnering with a profitable, high-growth B2B SaaS company on a search for a Manager, Business Intelligence & Revenue Analytics. This is a hands-on leadership role sitting at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and people management — reporting directly into a Director of Analytics and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with sales leadership to deliver reporting, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations that support pipeline health, customer growth, and revenue generation
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks that give leadership real visibility into business performance
• Support marketing analytics — campaign performance, attribution, segmentation, and ROI insights
• Own the BI and analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against business impact
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of BI/analytics professionals while staying hands-on with the work yourself
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape data models, pipelines, and reporting infrastructure
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• 6–8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or a related field
• Strong, current hands-on proficiency in SQL and Power BI
• 3+ years of people management experience, while remaining hands-on technically
• Proven track record turning data into commercial insight — not just building reports, but influencing revenue outcomes
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments, comfortable wearing multiple hats in ambiguous settings
• Excellent executive communication skills — able to distill complex analysis into concise, high-impact takeaways for senior stakeholders
• Bonus: experience with pipeline/product adoption analysis, customer segmentation, and data warehousing/ETL concepts

Details:

• Compensation: $120K–$185K base (DOE)
• Hybrid — 3 days/week on-site in San Francisco

• Team is small and lean, with global infrastructure and resources supporting from HQ abroad
