Job summary

Candidates should have a CS/Data Analytics degree and 4+ years in database analysis, with strong SQL or Python/R/SAS skills and experience in higher education reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Analytics or related field plus 4 years' experience analyzing databases with SQL or similar languages.
• 2 years' experience in Institutional Research or equivalent in higher education analytics.
• 2 years' experience using statistical and database tools (Access, Excel, Oracle) in higher education analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage ad hoc information requests with complex extractions, analyses, and reporting.
• Supervise staff, assign work, and monitor progress.
• Serve as primary contact for university data requests and develop queries, analytics, and reports.
• Integrate campus and external data into analyses and planning projects.
• Produce dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify data gaps and improve data presentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts across Planning, Strategy and Insights and campus.
• Provide advice and training to other analysts.
