AristaMD is seeking a highly technical Business Data Analyst / Senior BI Analyst to join our analytics team. You will own analytics platform governance, lead Power BI migration, and partner with clinical, operations, and leadership teams in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

This role emphasizes automating workflows, designing scalable data solutions, and enabling AI-assisted reporting within a mature Power BI environment serving multiple business lines and client reporting programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI, analytics, or related field experience.
• Expert Power BI proficiency including DAX; working knowledge of Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong SQL across PostgreSQL and Snowflake; Python skills.
• Experience designing and managing ETL pipelines in modern data warehouses.
• Experience integrating AI models into analytics or automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analytics Platform Governance: migrate legacy reporting tools to Power BI and own reporting assets.
• Lead data initiatives from discovery to production, including data portals and warehousing work.
• Automate repetitive reporting workflows and develop scalable data solutions.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements; guide durable solutions.
• Document data dictionaries, standards, and workflow diagrams; ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot data integration issues across sources, ETL pipelines, and warehouses.
