You will collaborate with business leaders and IT partners to deliver enterprise data models, ensure data quality, governance, and actionable insights that drive member outcomes and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related analytics experience.
• Experience in financial services with accounting principles awareness.
• Experience evaluating business needs and user requirements.
• Strong data governance and quality emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities driving decisions.
• Deliver forecasting and scenario analyses with analytical recommendations.
• Act as analytics advisor to business leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Define requirements and collaborate with data engineers/scientists.
• Promote self-service analytics and train power users.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Proactively perform other duties as assigned.
