Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field required.
• An MBA or MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) preferred.
• Data & Analytics: 3+ years with complex data structures, Python/SQL for ETL, and Tableau/PowerBI for visuals.
• Financial Modeling: 3+ years of financial analysis, building and maintaining complex models.
• Project Management: 1+ years managing cross-functional projects and multi-department deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Independently build financial and business models and present findings to senior management.
• Maintain and develop features for intercompany digital BI solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure models reflect current info for OpEx pricing and bids.
• Apply creative problem-solving to pricing and analytics initiatives; improve models and processes.
• Manage project intake and milestone reporting for internal customers/users.
• Report on project actuals to budget and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain pricing and analytic databases; monitor KPIs for the department.
• Develop data collection, analytics, and data strategies to optimize efficiency.
