Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, technology, or platform management within financial services.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to translate stakeholder needs into solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting business-critical systems and analytical platforms in investment management.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python and Excel with ability to analyze datasets and support reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships with investment professionals and technology stakeholders to enhance platforms, reporting capabilities, and business processes for investment activities.
• Own and maintain deal/portfolio management platforms tracking investments, pipeline, and activity across private fixed income.
• Build dashboards, reports, and workflows to support credit monitoring, deal tracking, and investment committee materials.
