Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to lead end-to-end reporting and analytics that drive strategic decisions. You will liaison between business stakeholders, Enterprise Applications, and BI teams to design, test, and deploy robust reporting solutions.

You will own the reporting lifecycle from intake to production, develop BRDs, and ensure data integrity and actionable insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years data analytics experience.
• 3+ years creating executive level reports.
• 3+ years establishing KPIs and managing them.
• 3+ years implementing process improvements and change management.
• 3+ years in a large complex company with multiple ERPs.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Access.
• Intermediate Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Advanced dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Strong detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with data validation on large datasets.
• Experience in supply chain, distribution and/or logistics preferred.
• Travel 0% - 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data for SBU, market size, behavior, and performance.
• Execute regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
• Build presentations with data analysis and visualizations using Power BI.
• Lead discovery sessions and BRD development with stakeholders.
• Align reporting solutions with business objectives and processes.
• Create and maintain BRDs, specs, flows, user stories, KPIs, and reports.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, ERP, and BI teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery from intake to deployment and adoption.
• Create initial report and dashboard mockups and wireframes.
• Identify DI and DQ rules during design and development.
• Identify data sources and end-to-end data flows.
• Review workfiles before UAT for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and conduct BRD/UAT activities and sign-off.
• Develop KPI definitions and measurement methodologies.
• Promote adoption of new reports and analytics capabilities.
• Research opportunities for BI improvements and value.
• Analyze existing reports for optimization and standardization.
• Identify synergies across initiatives and reduce duplication.
