Job summary

The University of Louisville Health Sciences Center (HSC) seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst IV to join the BI/Analytics team. You will maintain Power BI dashboards, financial mappings, and reporting structures while developing new analyses to support budgeting, payroll, and executive decision-making.

The role requires strong technical reporting skills and financial acumen, with collaboration across Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll to ensure timely, accurate enterprise reporting across UL and ULP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Refresh datasets, troubleshoot failures, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll to meet reporting needs.
• Validate data against source systems and ensure accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll analysis, and executive decision-making.
