DRW in Chicago seeks a Data Analyst – Business Intelligence to join the Unified Platform Data Management team. You will translate complex data into actionable insights across research, trading, and post-trade operations.

You'll build reliable reports, partner with engineering on dashboards, and support regulators and auditors with timely data analysis.

The role blends finance, analytics, and data engineering in a fast-paced environment with opportunity to influence critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis or BI roles in finance.
• Advanced SQL with multi-table joins and performance considerations.
• Python for data work with pandas and scripts.
• Experience with trades, pricing, or reference data.
• Strong accuracy and attention to data quality.
• Clear written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field.
• Experience specifying requirements for engineering or BI tooling.

Responsibilities
