Job summary

DRW is seeking a Data Analyst – Business Intelligence to join the Unified Platform Data Management team. You will work at the intersection of finance, trading operations, and data engineering to deliver data-driven insights and regulatory-ready reporting.

You will build robust data extracts, validate results, and collaborate with engineers to create durable dashboards and self-service views for front office, Tax, and Legal teams. Candidates need strong SQL, Python, and financial data experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Demonstrated care with accuracy and data quality.
• Experience communicating methodology to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Answer business questions with data.
• Build and run extracts against data stores for front office and other units.
• Support tax and regulatory inquiries across global jurisdictions.
• Respond to audits, litigation, and data requests with short turnaround.
• Validate extracts and reconcile against source systems.
• Document business rules behind each report and decisions.
