Job summary

BrightCore is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data-driven team. You will leverage SQL, Python/R and visualization tools to deliver insights for finance stakeholders, building advanced dashboards and analytical solutions.

You will collaborate with accounting and finance, extract data from multiple sources, and present findings clearly. A strong background in BI and cloud data platforms is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in business intelligence.
• Experience supporting an accounting or finance team.
• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or Power BI (dashboarding, reporting, DAX, data modeling).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment.
• BrightCore will not consider candidates requiring 1099 or C2C, client will only accept W2.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to business inquiries from stakeholders; deliver conclusions with clear assumptions.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards for self-serve knowledge.
• Collaborate with accounting/finance to translate requirements into analytics.
• Utilize SQL, Python/R, or similar tools for data manipulation.
• Create and manage dashboards/reports using Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Excel.
• Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources to drive insights.
• Develop new analytics approaches to answer business questions creatively.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
