Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to join the Supply Chain Analytics team in Seattle. You will own data delivery, governance, reporting, and storytelling to enable growth and optimize the supply chain across Nordstrom's stores and digital channels.

You will mentor junior analysts, design Looker dashboards with LookML, work with BigQuery and AI-assisted tools, and present insights to leadership to drive actionable improvements in logistics, fulfillment, and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytics or related field; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years data management/analysis; mentoring experience.
• Strong Looker development and data modeling skills.
• Proficient SQL, data warehousing, and BigQuery experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance and the accuracy of data used by Supply Chain.
• Lead data design and delivery for Supply Chain programs.
• Develop modernized reporting and compelling data narratives.
• Support analysts with analysis and storytelling for performance insights.
• Identify new KPIs and continuously improve supply chain metrics.
