Job summary

Potere Search, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge Finance, Operations, and IT by designing and maintaining data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that drive strategic decisions.

The successful candidate will work with large datasets, develop analytical models, and leverage Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, and AI to improve business outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Develop Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions, including semantic models and self-service analytics.
• Design and maintain analytical, forecasting, and decision-support models using SQL and Python.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.
• Manage data models, reporting frameworks, and key business hierarchies.
• Automate reporting, analysis, and recurring processes using AI and productivity tools.
• Continuously improve reporting standards, governance, and analytical methodologies.
