Oracle in Nashville, TN seeks a hands-on Senior Director of Business Intelligence and AI Analytics to lead the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and AI-enabled analytics that reveal operational performance, risks, and actionable insights for executives.

You will own data integration from OPC, Unifier, and APEX, implement governance, ensure data quality, and partner with IT and business leaders to deliver reliable reporting products.

Qualificações

• 8–12+ years in BI, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field with ownership of complex reports.
• Advanced SQL skills with relational databases, data modeling, transformation, and query optimization.
• Proven ability to publish and maintain production dashboards using Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python for data preparation, API integration, analytical automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI models and integrating them into analytical workflows.
• Experience extracting and combining enterprise data via APIs and automated pipelines.
• Strong understanding of metric definitions, data quality, and access controls.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into working technical solutions and explain findings to executives.
• Proven cross-functional delivery leadership with persistence.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy executive and operational dashboards that provide consistent views of schedules, milestones, delivery progress, dependencies, and emerging risks.
• Translate business questions into defined metrics, data requirements, reporting logic, and intuitive visualizations with useful filters and drill-down capabilities.
• Develop reusable datasets, SQL queries, and reporting models that support multiple dashboards and reduce manual report preparation.
• Own reporting solutions through requirements, development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing maintenance.
• Connect OPC, Unifier, and APEX-related data through APIs, database views, extracts, or existing pipelines, coordinating with system owners.
