Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced data reporting leader in Nashville to design and deliver executive dashboards and AI-enabled analytics. The role spans SQL, data modeling, and production dashboards across OPC, Unifier, and APEX data sources.

You will own end-to-end reporting, drive data quality, and collaborate with executives and system owners to deliver reliable insights. The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years in BI/analytics, strong SQL, Python, and experience with enterprise tools like Oracle

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–12 or more years of experience in BI/analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field with ownership of complex reporting solutions.
• Advanced SQL, relational databases, data transformation, and query optimization.
• Ability to build, publish, and maintain production dashboards using Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in Python for data prep, API integration, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AI models and integrating them into workflows.
• Experience extracting enterprise data via APIs or automated pipelines.
• Strong understanding of metrics, data quality, and access controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy executive and operational dashboards showing schedules, milestones, progress, and risks.
• Translate business questions into metrics, data requirements, and visualizations with filters and drill-downs.
• Create reusable datasets, SQL queries, and reporting models for multiple dashboards.
• Own reporting solutions from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Connect OPC, Unifier, and APEX data via APIs or database views and reconcile data across systems.
• Develop data transformations and data quality checks; investigate failed loads.
• Apply AI models to summarize updates, explain variances, and enable data exploration.
• Ensure reporting reliability with governance, access controls, and versioning.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, communicate with executives, and drive user adoption.
