Job summary

Amcor is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee NA Beverage Rigid Packaging Solutions Shared Services financial reporting and general accounting. You will manage 7 direct/indirect reports and ensure US GAAP compliance across ~23 locations, driving monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

You will partner with BU management, coordinate with group Tax, and lead process improvements, internal controls, and external audit readiness in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CA or similar preferred.
• 10 years of accounting and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Reporting team including capital accounting team, ensuring proper recording for all costs.
• Oversee General Ledger Accounting team including journal entries preparation and account reconciliation.
• Review and approve Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews and other reports.
• Lead and develop team; provide coaching and mentoring.
