Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in a scientific discipline.
• 7 years of beverage product development experience.
• Strong knowledge of TTB and FDA beverage regs.
• Experience defining product and process specifications.
• Experience using Genesis R&D, ESHA or comparable software.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Working knowledge of analytical testing with lab staff.
• Project management from scope to launch with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage development and commercialization from concept to scale-up and launch readiness.
• Own Beyond Beer and nontraditional beverage initiatives with Insights and Innovation teams.
• Source and qualify raw materials and flavors with Supply Chain for cost and suitability.
• Maintain flavor and ingredient database, specs, regulatory status and readiness.
• Support nutrition labeling and regulatory documentation with QA and Compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D analytical staff to define testing needs and apply results.
• Ensure readiness for pilot and production by defining specs and use parameters.
• Apply knowledge of FDA and TTB regulations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders while ensuring GMP.
