Job summary

Symrise AG in the United States (New Jersey area) seeks a senior technical lead to own end-to-end delivery of customer projects and manage scope, timelines, and risks to meet technical and commercial objectives. You will lead complex programs for strategic customers and guide customer co-creation sessions.

Develop differentiated beverage prototypes translating marketing insights into customer-ready solutions, and act as a trusted technical partner from concept through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret and translate Customer & Marketing direction into winning Beverage concepts.
• Strong knowledge of flavors, technologies, processing, and ingredient functionality.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer co-creation sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks to meet technical and commercial objectives.
• Lead complex programs for strategic and/or large customers and lead customer co-creation sessions.
• Lead development of differentiated beverage prototypes that translate Marketing insights and BU strategy into customer-ready solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customers, providing expert guidance from concept through commercialization and resolving scale-up challenges.
• Travel to customer sites to support technical presentations, workshops or commercialization activities.
• Provide technical coaching, training, and mentoring to elevate team capability and promote best practices.
