Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Materials) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead SME for utility-scale BESS sizing, providing technical leadership on sizing methodology, assumptions, optimization, and project-specific sizing decisions.
• Improve engineering tools that automate BESS sizing, technical evaluations, battery performance forecast, and repetitive engineering workflows.
