Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.

• Knowledge of battery technologies, power conversion, protection and controls, grid-forming/inverter tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical requirements and performance specifications for BESS installations.
• Evaluate BESS technologies, system architectures, and vendors; support vendor selection.
• Define electrical integration requirements between BESS and distribution systems; establish protection and controls.
