Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr BEOL Engineer for DRAM process integration in our R&D BEOL group. You will help develop and refine semiconductor process flows, working with cross-functional teams to advance metallization, dielectrics, etch, and CMP processes.

You will collect and analyze data using JMP, Python, and R, supporting yield and reliability improvements while contributing to production-readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in EE, materials science, chemical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or related field with 2+ years of proven experience.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing techniques.
• Familiarity with BEOL concepts: metallization, interconnects, dielectrics, barrier/liner films.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimization, and integration of semiconductor process flows.
• Resolve integration problems across modules including metallization and CMP.
• Analyze process and electrical data to support yield and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, reliability, and manufacturing teams to solve challenges.
• Document findings and present results to engineering leadership.
