Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist for our Benefits Administration department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Senior Benefits Specialist, you will:

1. Coordinate retirement, pension, profit-sharing and stock ownership plans.
2. Research and analyze healthcare plans, including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance.
3. Advise management on resolving benefits issues.
4. Plan, develop, evaluate and communicate techniques for compensating employees.
5. Assist employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance companies.
6. Design a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce.
7. Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
8. Ensure company is compliant with state and federal laws.

Qualifications include:

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Associate’s degree in a business-related field preferred
3. 1 year HR experience
4. Certified Qualified Bilingual Staff- Level II

Work Schedule:

Day Shift

8:30am to 5pm

Pay Range: $57,606.24 - $100,360.00

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
