Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a senior Employee Benefits professional to manage the U.S. Retirement and Savings Plan compliance, and to administer the global equity awards program. The role includes analytical support for non-U.S.

plan design, and handling accounting tasks for the Retirement & Savings team in the U.S. and Canada. You will partner with HR, Legal, and third-party administrators to ensure compliance, accurate data handling, and effective governance across multiple countries,

Qualifications

• Required: BA/BS in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR or Finance experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Retirement and Savings Plan compliance audits.
• Coordinate SAR delivery to U.S. employees.
• Conduct defined contribution non-discrimination testing with the recordkeeper.
• Maintain plan documents and coordinate updates with Legal.
• Administer daily global equity awards program and related reporting.
• Support global pension plan design reviews and governance.
• Manage monthly/quarterly retirement & savings accounting entries.
