Position Summary:
The Senior Benefits & Leave Analyst plays a pivotal role in administering the organization's leave of absence programs, employee benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan. This role focuses heavily on ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws-including FMLA, ADA, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and workers' compensation-while supporting day-to-day benefits operations. Acting as a subject matter expert in leave management, the Analyst partners with employees, managers, HR teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless, compliant, and empathetic experience. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to responsive, employee-centered service.
