Role Overview

A successful candidate for this role will have experience in sales retention and knowledge of Medicare products. You will handle calls from existing customers to provide enrollment support, benefit solutions, and additional services for Medicare. This position requires an active insurance license in New Mexico.

Requirements

• Health Insurance License required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both consumers and co-workers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
• Must be able to successfully complete all licensing requirements (with financial assistance) or have a pre-existing valid insurance license

Responsibilities

• Work with existing members to assist with navigating new health insurance plans
• Provide expertise in plan offerings, policies, and procedures
• Learn insurance product offerings from several carriers, including major medical, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug plans, and other ancillary health products
• Be a brand ambassador by providing an excellent consumer experience and helping the aging and disabled community
• Meet set personal and team performance and sales goals
• Continue to increase your insurance expertise through training and insights
