Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (“EEG”) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN’s across the country. Position Overview:
The Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager will work with leadership and cross-functional partners to design and implement a competitive and analytically-driven compensation and benefits program aligned to Ceribell’s philosophy, goals and values. You will ensure all compensation and benefits practices are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. You will lead market analysis, oversee benefits administration, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will consult with internal leaders and business partners to drive data-backed compensation decision-making. Additionally, you would own health & welfare benefits, with support from your peers in People Operations.
This role will report to the Head of People and Culture in close partnership with our People Operations and Finance teams.We are looking for someone who can grow with the company and who finds purpose in doing great People & Culture work.
This role is based in our Sunnyvale office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday and Thursday. Occasionally, this schedule may differ based on collaboration needs or critical meetings.
