Job summary

Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a benefits and 401(k) administrator to own end-to-end administration for a multi-state workforce in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with HR leadership to manage vendor relationships, enrollment and compliance while supporting payroll and onboarding teams.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits administration, including self-funded medical plans and 401(k) management, with strong Excel and HIPAA/ERISA knowledge, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytics experience.
• Experience managing benefits programs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Owns benefits setup, eligibility rules, and carrier/TPA feeds in Paycom with audits.
• Oversees enrollments, qualifying life events, COBRA, and ACA measurement for variable-hour staff.
• Partners with Payroll, Employee Relations, and Onboarding to support a high-volume workforce.
• Lead annual renewal and open enrollment with brokers, TPAs, and carriers.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and No Surprises Act compliance.
