Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. seeks an experienced Benefits Configuration Specialist to manage end-to-end configuration and lifecycle management of benefits for multiple Lines of Business within the QNXT system.

The role ensures accurate member coverage, cost sharing, claims adjudication and ongoing product performance, with collaboration across Product, Claims, Medical Policy and QA teams. A Bachelor’s degree and health insurance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years of QNXT experience and health insurance industry experience.
• Experience translating medical policy into configuration settings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benefit configuration for assigned Lines of Business.
• Configure ACA and Large Group benefit requirements.
• Translate Clinical and policy requirements into QNXT configuration.
• Maintain premium rate tables and coverage settings.
• Coordinate with Benefit Implementation and QA teams to resolve dependencies.
