Job summary

LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER in Beverly Hills, FL is seeking a Behavioral Tech III to provide advanced support to clients with behavioral health needs. Day shift, full-time, with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and at least 3 years in behavioral health, plus crisis intervention skills. LifeStream offers health insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support clients through direct observation and interaction, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans and treatment protocols.
• Assist in development and facilitation of therapeutic activities and group sessions.
• Document client behavior, progress, and incidents accurately and timely.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care strategies.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff by sharing expertise.
• Continuously update skills through professional development opportunities.
