Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Senior Behavioral Scientist to act as a technical expert and strategic partner. You will translate behavioral science into actionable solutions for federal programs, collaborating with clients and data teams to design experiments, analyze results, and recommend policy or program changes.

The role supports executive decisions, requires clear communication, and delivers high‑impact deliverables within milestones.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Decision Sciences, Human Factors, or related field.
• 7–10+ years applying behavioral science in organizational, government, consulting, or policy environments.
• Formal training in experimental design, statistical analysis, or behavioral research methodologies.
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions.
• Strong working knowledge of experimental design and statistical interpretation.
• Experience translating academic research into practical, scalable solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver large‑scale data solutions.
• Public sector or regulated environments preferred; ability to obtain Federal Public Trust Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor junior researchers and guide cross‑functional teams through the insight process.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deploy data‑driven solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and ensure quality deliverables on time.
• Stay informed on data engineering trends to improve processes and solutions.
• Identify behavioral frictions and biases affecting performance and outcomes.
• Evaluate interventions and translate results into policy or program recommendations.
