Job summary

SierTeK is seeking an experienced research professional to support USAFSAM/FESP initiatives in human performance research. The role emphasizes study design, statistical analysis, behavioral science research, and project coordination within a highly professional and secure environment.

You will manage data processes, ensure IRB compliance, prepare reports for peer‑reviewed publications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Travel to conferences and leadership meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Research Psychology, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• At least five years in database development and data management.
• Five years in statistical analysis using JMP, SPSS, R or similar.
• Experience developing research output products: presentations, publications, reports.
• Ability to work under NDA and in a secure research environment.
• IRB training and confidentiality compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of study protocols, including hypothesis development and data collection strategies.
• Conduct literature reviews and perform data analyses to support objectives.
• Advise on statistical methodologies for study data.
• Perform descriptive and inferential analyses using appropriate software.
• Maintain data integrity and IRB compliance; safeguard confidential information.
• Coordinate data processes and support project teams with data collection.
