SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Psychology Research Subject Matter Expert to support USAFSAM/FESP research initiatives. This remote, part-time role focuses on study design, statistical analysis, behavioral science research, and project coordination in a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytics skills, strong methodology experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with IRB protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in database development and data management.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data collection and organization.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in statistical analysis and interpretation.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in research report writing.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience developing actionable recommendations to improve human performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute study protocols, including hypotheses, methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis plans.
• Conduct literature reviews and perform data analyses to support objectives.
• Advise on statistical methodologies and analytical approaches for study data.
• Perform descriptive and inferential analyses using appropriate software.
• Maintain data integrity and IRB-compliant data repositories.
