Job summary

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Statistical and Psychology Research Professional to support an opportunity remotely. You will develop study protocols, conduct literature reviews, and perform advanced statistical analyses to inform DoD programs.

You will present findings, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with USAFSAM/FESP and 711 HPW staff. The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and research product development, with NDA compliance and DoD

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Research Psychology, I-O Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in database development, data collection and organization, statistical analysis, research reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and conducting statistical analyses using JMP, SPSS, R, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and delivering research products, including presentations, publications, and reports.
• Minimum of 5 years in administrative management related to study design and dissemination of findings.
• Must have a signed NDA prior to start with documentation to Government Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop study protocols, formulate hypotheses, design methods, and plan data collection and analyses.
• Conduct literature reviews and perform data analyses to support leadership and discussions.
• Advise on statistical methodologies and perform descriptive/inferential analyses.
• Ensure validity and integrity of statistical products; maintain IRB data security.
• Prepare reports for publications, presentations, and dissemination with USAFSAM/FESP and 711 HPW.
• Provide travel for consultations, briefings, and conferences with stakeholders.
• Manage project data acquisition, entry, maintenance, and storage.
• Support research activities and data acquisition to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and lead weekly research team meetings.
• Support additional USAFSAM/FESP research during reduced workload periods.
