Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a clinically related behavioral health field and LPHA eligibility.
• Independent licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent).
• 3+ years post-graduate experience in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health intakes, assessments, and risk evaluations using trauma-informed approaches.
• Provide individual and group therapy to adults and children affected by domestic violence and trauma.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
