Position Details

• Title: Senior Behavioral Health Integrated Clinician
• Department: Behavioral Health
• Supervisor: Manager of Behavioral Health
• Status / Hours: Exempt / 40 hours

Primary Function

The position is a senior clinical role within the Behavioral Health Department, primarily responsible for teen services, clinical supervision, and delivering integrated behavioral health services across departments. It manages referrals and triage for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct BH triage screenings and crisis management for patients aged 6 and above.
2. Coordinate with treatment teams and provide individual or family counseling.
3. Collaborate with adolescent health teams for outreach and care delivery.
4. Participate in community meetings and develop psycho-educational groups.
5. Build external agency relationships and participate in quality improvement projects.
6. Supervise a licensed counselor, support HRSA AIMS program development, and manage referrals and appointment requests.
7. Maintain documentation in compliance with policies, including EHR and coding standards.
8. Support BH consultation services, maintain flexible scheduling, including evenings and one Saturday per month.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work with LICSW licensure in MA or LICSW within 6 months of employment.
• Proficiency in computer use and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an integrated care setting.

Experience & Qualifications

• Assessment and crisis intervention skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and integrated care preferred.
• Community service commitment; bilingual skills in Cape Verdean Creole or Spanish are a plus.
